Dr. Rebecca Salinger
I graduated from The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. I returned to Ashtabula County to live with my husband Ed. Shortly thereafter I became the owner of Austinburg Veterinary Clinic. I have always been passionate about animals and animal welfare. I have embraced this wholeheartedly as a veterinarian. I am committed to providing my clients and patients with the very best care I can. I understand that pets are not just dogs or cats, they are beloved family members. My family members include my husband, Ed, my daughter, Emma and my son Edison, as well as our dogs, cats, horses, goats, tortoises, and chickens. We are active members in Ashtabula County 4H. In my spare time (ha ha), I like to ride horses ,am an avid reader and enjoy raising and showing poultry with my son.
Dr. Susan Paulic
I received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University in 2002. Since then, I have been in small animal practice in Northeast Ohio. I have a strong interest in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, pain management and zoonotic disease (disease that can be spread between animals and people). I also enjoy working with exotic pets, small mammals ( like guinea pigs and rabbits) and birds. I feel very fortunate that my career is one that allows me to help people and their pets live longer, healthier and happier lives.
I live in Concord Township with my husband, Mareo and our two children, Simon and Sonja. We have two cats and a Bull Terrier named Roman. I enjoy riding and showing my horses Penelope and , traveling with my family and spending time with friends.
